Have you connected it to the power supply?

First try charging it for some time.

Try plugging it into a power source and press and hold the Home (round button on the bottom) button and the Sleep (rectangular button on the top frame) button. Hold these both for 10 seconds. This preforms whats called a hard reset.

Usually this brings most devices back to life.

Make sure it is charging, and leave it charging for 24 hours.
Then press and hold both power and home buttons, for 30s. The release the home button, keep holding power for another 5s. It should start up.
