I got the same result when I tried "Maxextract LS". Evidently your model precedes the construction of the Hoover manual database. You can try asking if they'll send it via e-mail (or a link to the manual); that should be less cost and hassle than having a paper manual copied and shipped.
I am sure there is one to download but did not found anything with google... If search engines are no help, just ask some deep web specialists, e.g. http://manualfox.com - this is a manual search agency and if they don´t find it, it does not exist in the Internet.
