Plug the MP3 player into the USB port on your macbook air, Open Finder and Use either the keyboard shortcuts to copy and then paste or you can drag and drop them to the USB stick. To use the keyboard select the files you want to copy then hit Command+C and then highlight the USB stick and hit Command+V. Or you can Drag and Drop them onto the USB stick.
good luck.

You cannot fix it, but if you must do anything see if yo could use a different usb on it. If it doesnt work then you need to change or return it to where you bought it.
SOURCE: barbie girls mp3, need apple software
The Barbie Girls MP3 Player requires Windows Media Player 11 or higher, so you cannot use it on a Mac unless you run Windows on your Mac with BootCamp. What I would do is register the MP3 player on someone you know's Windows computer and then you can use the online games that come with your MP3 player on a Mac once it is registered.

you don't need the driver cd, you can just plug it into your pc and drag and drop mp3 files to it.
