How do I stop the front desk extension messages from forwarding to a different extension with Lucent MLS-12D

This is what I have:

press 1 to record a new greeting, when done, press 1

If you want to transfer directly to the voicemail without ringing; hit FEATURE 14 then the extension you want.

Cant forward offsite? Or cant forward to other extensions?

hi, try pressing you extention and the # sign ..... enter you pass word and press the # sign ... you should be able to make changes from there ... good luck

With the caller on the phone, press a "Voicemail Transfer" button, then the extension number and hangup.

OR

With the caller on, press FEATURE 14, then the extension number and hangup.

From ext 10 or 11:
press feature 00
press left intercom twice
press right intercom once
enter extension number
press **
then press the lines in the order you want them picked up (line 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 then the intercom )
press**
press feature 00 to exit programming.

When the extension picks, it will pick up line 5. If 5 is busy, it will pick up line 4 , etc....

What release system do you have? You can only forward an extension outside if you have a Partner ACS R6.
