Why can I no longer receive e mails using my current e mail address on my Blackberry since my provider changed to BT Mail?

Go to message>options>scroll to bottom and you can separate your messages via theme control select and it will allow you to change your message boxes.

all you have to do is ring your service provider they will do it over the phone(activate it) then give u a number to ring to do your message too others and check the mail

It depends on your carrier, but you should be able to hold down the 1 key and it should connect you to your voicemail box and there should be setup info there.

The blackberrys link to outlook and not their own calendar/contact manager. If you have outlook at home, you should be able to use the desktop manager software to sync with that.

The smart thing to do before you return the phone is to do a wipe handheld. You can find the wipe handheld option if you go to your menu -> options -> security options -> general settings. Here you can press the blackberry key and choos wipe handheld. When you do a wipe handheld all data on the phone is erased and the phone is ready for the new user. Make sure that you choose delete 3rd party applications also.
