How do I set the time on my docking station

Contact the authorized service center. No other way.

1)touch and hold both the M and E touch pads for at least 1 second to enter clock setting mode- the hour digits will now flash
2)set/change the hour by touching either of the the arrow touch pads on the top panel to increase or decrease the hour digit
3)when the hour is set correctly touch the E touch pad to confirm
4)the minute digit will now flash. Set the minutes by touching either arrow touch pad on the top panel to increase or decrease the minutes
5) when the minutes are set correctly touch the E touch pad to confirm
the clock is now set

You cannot set the time manually. It is automatically set from the time signal broadcast with DAB radio stations

Push the time set or alarm set and use the dial on the left to change the settings.

If the docking station has power:

Make sure power is off for both the laptop and the docking station. Plug your keyboard and mouse into the docking station. Dock the D630 to the docking station and then power on docking station. This should then turn on your D630. Your D630 should detect the keyboard and mouse.

If the docking station has no power:

Verify that the power cord, AC adaptor, etc. is plugged in. If the items listed seem to be in order,
there may be a problem with the power going into the docking station. (AC adaptor?)

support.dell.com will have the specific details for your D630 and your docking station, et al.

Tune in the transmitter to one of your car wireless stations - switch on - play MP3 player and it should work

you need to check in the software to attach the dock and upgrade it from device manager

What brand name laptop and docking Station???

It could be the connector on the bottom of your laptop that's creating the problem. Does any other ports work on the docking station when docked?
