If you're talking about the Razr V3http://www.motorola.com/mdirect/manuals/... On Page 30 it mentions the Low Battery alert. I don't believe this is something you can turn off. go to profiles. and click advanced options and change it there it will have an option for everytime your phone should ring.. turn the Led light off as a reminder
then you will need to have the firmware reflash or take it to the store and hvae them explain why it is still doing that.....the phone firmware may need fixing.
