SOURCE: Terminal connector to the door switch overheated & fuse blown

Just cleaning is not enought. The terminal is loose and that isusually the problem most of the time.Replace them with new ones and I think you be happy.

SOURCE: Panasonic NNA554W blows 10a fuse when microwave comes on

Possibly the interlock monitor switch is bad or out of adjustment. This switch is designed to create a short circuit across the power line (and then blow the fuse) if you attempt to defeat the door interlock and operate the oven with the door open. A shorted capacitor or diode could also cause the fuse to blow. Because of lethal voltages inside and the possibility of microwave leakage if repairs aren't done correctly, you are best off leaving microwave service to professionals.

SOURCE: Panasonic NN-C980B stopped working. Blown fuse.

Sometimes when the mag shorts it takes out the inverter. I would measure the mag leads to ground and they should be open or 20M or so. If you have both a mag and inverter bad it's probably time for a new oven.

SOURCE: My Panasonic model NN-S763BF 1350watt

the safety door switch is in series with this switch, the micro switch is to blow this fuse to make sure the unit will not operate with the door open for radiation safety issues, after slamming this door repeatedly you have finally made the circuit to blow this safety fuse as its mean't to do,you need to re-align these door switches (2 or possibly3) interlok switches, then have the unit checked for leakage around the door seal for safety with a "Holiday-cone type sensor radiation meter" to be sure the door is positioned correctly after repairs

Won't operate

see this steps and fix it. God bless you
No Lights or Power, Unit seems Dead First check is the main fuse of the unit. On countertop units, you will need to take the shell off. The fuse will be close to where the cord comes through into the unit. OTR units, this main fuse is usually behind the control panel or possibly behind the vent. Usually the fuse is obvious if blown, otherwise test with an OHM meter, if open, replace fuse.
Some brands will also have a thermal cut-off fuse in the incoming voltage line to the control board. Older Maytags and Samsungs have this fuse in it. This thermostat looking fuse is usually above the oven cavity somewhere under the outside shell. Sometimes you can get to it through the vent of OTR models. Test with an OHM meter, replace if open.

Replacement light bulb for Panasonic NN-9853 Microwave

Hello, I also have a Panasonic Microwave ( model NN-S 564 or 574 ?) They are very similar.
I have just removed the outer cover 5 screws ( unplug of course ) and have located the bulb holder which is a white plastic component with two clips holding the globe, pull it out and remove the two spade clips connected to the globe. The globe will come away attached to a black plastic mount. Next........do the run around to find someone who sells it.
Perth has an authorized distributer/repairer in Myaree whose details I got from Panasonic. He may sell them. otherwise I will try a couple of specialist light globe suppliers I know....PROLAMPS in Belmont and one in BALCATTA whose name escapes me but I have been there before...Hope this helps others.

Has no power

If your microwave oven doesn't seem to work at all, check these: Fuses Usually, when your microwave oven doesn't work it all, the internal fuse (thermal fuse) is blown. This fuse protects both you and the oven. When it blows, you need to have a qualified appliance repair technician replace it. Door switch If the fuse isn't the problem, check the door hooks and the door-release button. When these are broken, the door switch doesn't activate, so the oven can't work.
