First click on the link that says "forgot your password" and follow all the instructions there. basically facebook will email you your password again

If you thinks your Facebook Hacked ,then follow direction given below...

• If your Account Has Been Hacked And Your Login Email Has Been Changed here
• If Your Account Has Been Hacked and You Don't Have Access To Your Login Email here

try clearing the java temp files
1. open up Java from the Windows control panel

2. click the General tab

3. In the Temporary files settings field, click 'Settings'

4. Click the Delete files button

5. restart Chrome or Firefox of IE8 and you should be able to login now.
