Mattress cover stuck under agitator can't ge it unstuck. I tried pulling aand tried untwisting it and it wont budge
SOURCE: Now do you remove agitator from washer drum?
There are 4 holes at the base of the agitator. Use a screwdriver to push in at each hole in order to pop the plastic grove that holds it in place. The agitator cap will then pull off to reveal 6 3/8" bolts. Remove these with a socket set and the entire agitator can be lifted to free the garment. To reassemble, position the agitator holes over the holes in the base, reinsert and tighten the bolts, snap the cap back on, and your are ready to go.

you can remove the agitator. there are 3 steps to this. 1.take off the top plastic part of the agitator. 2 remove secondary plastic piece from inside of agitator 3. there will be a 7/16 bolt inside and will be deep so you will need a long extension to reach it. hold the fins of the agitator and remove the bolt with a ratchet. once the bolt is out you will be able to lift the agitator up.

There is a bolt, ok. Remove the bolt and lift the agitator by reaching underneath it with both hands on each side and pull it up. If it seems really stuck, apply some WD40 and let it soak a bit before trying to pull it again.

Im not very familiar with that type of top loadign washer,,, but on most agitators there is a bolt that runs down the center of the agitator, connecting it to the transmission/gearbox. Usually there is a cap, or softner dispenser that can be pulled off, revealing this bolt.

there is a bolt under the fabric softner dispenser (if you have one) if not, its a plastic cap on the top of your agitator which pops off by hand or a butter knife.. then there is a bolt under there that holds the unit down..grap the bottom of your agitator and loosen the bolt and remove it...then lift up carefully on the whole thing..careful not to loose the seal and bolt to put the agitator back in place....good luck..
