Its general Software problem in Nokia 3110. I have solved this problem more than 100 times. First try to update software by Nokia software update. If problem continue then Re-install phone software. Your problem will solve 100%.
u must change the software version.go to near by nokia care and ask them to update ur software.tis wil solve ur prob.i too had the same prob.now it works wel !!!...................thn u....
first update ur phone software with nokia software updater with a new or higher version if not solved then go nokia care and reinstall ph. software its become 100% ok.
