Normally the problem is not the spring, but a broken spring mounting tab on the door latch head (hook) assembly or the inner door panel.
If it's the door panel, it's usually easier and cheaper to use epoxy and some kind of hardware to fashion a new spring mount.
The door latch head (hook) is easy to replace or repair if that's the issue.
We have *critical* safety & disassembly info at our site, linked here: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk
We also have this full service manual at our site: http://www.microwavedisplay.com/R1480_R1481_R1482_sm.pdf
Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the screws you need to remove.

What usually breaks is the door open lever. Please unplug the oven first.
At
our site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
Then you'll be able to see how the door open button would press
against the door open lever, which would then lift up against the door
latch heads (hook-like projections on the door) and the door should
open.
You can usually find exploded views and order parts by entering your model number at the Sears parts site, but the best place to order Sharp parts is Tritronics. You can also call them at 866-779-5835.

You need to remove the grill above the door to find two more screws that go straight to the back wall plate. They will be on the left and right side. There are chrome or a gold color. That is the only other way that they mount to the wall.
Good Luck

The part you need is PDIFB026/KIT. Sears parts has it listed for $45.49 plus shipping, taxes, etc. (I get a lot of repair parts through them. They are very reasonable. It's also a good place to start when looking for a part. They have exploded views and parts listings for a lot of appliances. Then you can shop around once you have the part number you need.)
