My experience in Germany with tankless water heaters was not good; the delivery promised was only vaguely warmed water; they are no replacement for standard devices.
If you can find closet or under-counter (in the kitchen) space you might look into the 20 gallon units made for RVs or small mobile homes/campers. They are not expensive to run and cost well below the ~ $400 US price I saw when looking at the Bosch.
If you are worried about the efficiency of them or concerned with the cost of electricity in your area, you could have an electrician install a high-capacity (15-20 Amp) toggle switch (looks like a normal light switch) and manually turn it off completely when it is unused for a longer period of time.
In any case, before you jump on the Bosch bandwagon, check the degree (or lack) of satisfaction from current owners:

I wouldn't be encouraged to buy that one.
SOURCE: no hot water, pilot light lights but no burner ignition
Thermo coupler may be defective. it controls the main gas valve by closing main if pilot is out. make sure thermo coupler bulb is positioned over and near tip of pilot flame, but not in the flame. Thermo couplers are inexpensive and easy to change out.

Someone has not sized the system correctly. The water heater will heat a certain GPM a certain temperature rise. Most of those "generalizations" from the manufacturers are referencing the lowest of all the flow requirements like 2 lavatories. The truth is, don't use other fixtures while showering or get a bigger system. Lots of information related to sizing the tankless system at http://www.mechanicalengineeronline.com/Mini_Sites/Tankless_Water_Heaters_Ebook/Tankless_Water_Heaters.htm Have a good one. PS:Properly sized On-Demand water heaters are actually really good. Be prepared for the day your water heater quits.
SOURCE: I need to know the breaker size and wire gauge and
According to the user manual below, it's a 50 amp heater, therefore, you need 6 AWG electrical cable and a 50 amp double pole (220 volt) breaker in the main service panel.
You need two hot wires and a ground wire. The cable would be specified as 6/2 w/ ground. The 2 hot wires in the cable would be red & black or black & black -- these attach to L1 & L2 respectively. ( L = Line )
More info, let me know.

Yes thermo coupling may help although i have the same unit ran well 11yrs then hot cold replaced thermostat about 90 110 to buy easy to fit just keep screw in same place as old thermostat ours blows out less if ever now you also need to lubricate the buttons/sliders which positivly engage that button undo the 2 screws either side of the buttons just loosen no need to remove then you will see how they bind up and jam not allowing you to light it or move from pilot lighting to 3 flame button graphite powder is best for lubing all buttons do up screws when you have tested the operation it should now be smooth do up both screws only hand tight and happy operation..
