Simple way to do is automatic tuning.Press Menu, go to Channel set up (Programme), select Auto Tuning. Your available channels will be set up in order of their channel numbers. Later you can shift the channels at desired programme number.

Go through your TVs operation manual. and set it to auto tune. It will regain back all the channels cleared after the complete tuning process. Wait for to tune for all bands. Never interupt the process until search process ends and displays the first programme got by it on the screen. Ok.
By pressing menu botton on remote then chose setup/then channel setup before presssing auto tune or channell auto programm you may choose air or cable option then you can go for channel auto programming and your supposed to be done.

Is your location prone to power surges or failures? Try plugging your TV into an uninteruptable power supply (UPS) (battery backup and line voltage conditioning). If that doesn't help, I would be suspect the unit has a problem with the internal memory.
U only get digital channels,that work propperly notthing wrong.Get a digital antena might all the other digital not getting.Non digital will not tune in any more.
Often when using a Sky box, one doesn't use the channel tuning feature of the Polaroid HDTV. Often one connects the Sky box to a component video input, and the Sky box does the tuning.

Frist of all make sure that you are set to Antenna input and then connect your antenna to the TV this will pull in the VHF ansd UHF channels. Then perform the auto channel select. If this does not work perform a manual channel selection this should clear up your situation.
