The drum unit is attached to the toner cartridge for the DCP-7020. If you open the front cover (flips down) of the printer, you need to simply pull the drum and toner unit straight out from the printer. You should place the unit on a large drop cloth or piece of paper to ensure that the toner doesn't spill. See chapter 6, page 12 (page 52) of the User's manual for the image of the drum unit. Page 6-19 has the removal procedure. You separate the toner unit from the drum by pressing and holding a lever on the left side of the unit. Then pull the toner cartridge straight out from the drum unit. The User's manual is available from Brother's product support page. you need a new waist ink absorber box and have to do a reset. The absorber box can be purgchased from a service partner (see brother homepage of your country). Same procedure:
