A hard reset is simply remove power and re-connect. If this fails, check the network connections by logging onto the web interface, you can find the IP address from the settings menu.

I've lost the admin password for my Aastra 6753i phone... I don't have a config file... Default password 22222 does not work How can I reset the admin password. Regards, Jean
try out hitting * and # when restart phone for hard reset, or 4 and 6 for factory reset.

Do the Norstar M7208 and Aastra 9120 phones compatible on the same PBX? I have a M7208 that works fine on current PBX, but new Aastra 9120 doesn't work. Should they both operate on the same PBX?
No, the M7208 is a propriatary set which requires the PBX to function, whereas the aastra phone is a stand alone set which requires a standard telephone line and a power source.

Need to adjust date and time on screen.
Just above the Hold button, with the Aastra name display, that is a sliding piece that will uncover your setup menu button. Press that and navigate to time/date settings.
