A master reset must be done:

1. Click OK/Menu
2. Click right twice to get to the Settings and Tools Menu
3. Click down until you get to the System (this is 5 on a 5200)
4. Click down until you get to the Security (this is also 5 on a 5200)
5. Enter your lock code. If you have not customized it, this is the last for digits of your phone number.
6. Click Reset Default
7. You’ll see a message that says “Reset Default: Preference settings will be set to factory defaults. Press OK to continue.”

Allows you to erase all of your Contacts at once;

1. Press OK (MENU), press RIGHT ARROW two times, press 5 two times .
2. Enter the four-digit lock code.
3. Press 4 (Erase Contacts).
4. Select Yes then press OK.

Reset to Factory Default Settings:

1. Press MENU, RIGH ARROW two times, then 5 two times .
2. Enter the four-digit lock code.
3. Press 5 (Reset Default).
4. Press OK, select Revert then press OK.

Go to the security menu under tools. Select Erase Contacts, press OK and follow the prompts.

To place the phone in original factory condition, go to Reset Default under the same menu, press OK and follow the prompts.

There is no SIM card in that phone. It is CDMA not GSM. Hope this helps!
