Well, if you forgot your password, you will need to completely reset the device to factory settings. There should be a recessed button on the back that is only accessible with a pin or paperclip. Press that and it will reset all of the settings to default.

I forgot my wifi password and brought a tablet and can't connect?

You didn't supply the Make, Model of wireless. Reset the wireless device. Push and hold the reset button for 30 seconds or so, release. This will reset to default settings. Reconfigure the SSID and Security. You may want to write down the password for future use.

Password to connect

you will have to contact the person who configured the router, they will have the encryption password. If it is your device and you forgot the password you will need to connect through the devices web interface and reset the password. If you forgot the admin password to the access point your only option is to factory reset the device and reconfigure it.

How to find lost password for access

It is not likely you will be able to recover the password if the individual who implemented it is unavailable to provide it. Your only alternative is to factory reset the device according to the manual and then put in the necessary settings required. The default username and password for this device is easily found in the users manual for the device, found here:

I forgot my pass word

Pressing and holding the Reset button for 15-20 seconds should reset your router to its original condition, ie., with the factory default logon/password. You'll have to re-enter any changes you may have made to your specifications, but you'll then be able to reset your password.

Forgot PW 2WIRE101

forgot which password
A)the pw to access the router's settings
B)the key to connect to the router from wireless device
C)the pw to connect to the internet (anywhere past the router)
IF A) then when you are asked to enter your password if you forgot your password. click it, now it will display a hint, and also an option to click if you still can't remember... Just keep doing this until it asks you to reset the pw by 1st entering the network key located on the bottom of the router

If B)
on the bottom of the router there should be three rows of numbers

xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
> xxxxxxxxxxxxx <
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

the middle row should be a ten digit number this is your access key.

if C)
the pw is the same as the pw for your at&t or sbc email address (which is the login) if you don't know what it is you wil need to call thier tech support to have the password reset. if this is the case BE VERY CLEAR THAT YOU CAN CONNECT TO THE ROUTER or they will ask you to do a bunch of **** to trouble shoot that connection before thier script leads them to this point.

Forgot my password to allow other devices to access my network.

Just reset your router and use (admin) for user name and password. To reset your router you can see a small hole in your router which is labeled reset. Use a pin and insert it to the hole and push.

Forgot my security password (network key)I need to

Logon to your router from your computer using your browser and going to http://192.168.1.2/. If it wants a username, the default username is blank and the default password is either blank or "password".

The Belkin management tool will come up. From there, go into your security and look to see if your passphrase is visible. If it is, you're good to go. If not, you can change it on that page save it and close out.
Don't forget to change the passphrase on any wireless devices you are using connected to the Belkin wireless router.
