System might be damanged,
You can hard reset the phone (Factory Settings)
This will reinstall the operating system inside the phone back to how it first was.
(internal memory gets formatted then the rom reloads the os back)
(Solves all kinds of problems.)
Switch the phone "OFF"
Hold "3" (button) + "Green Call" (button) + "*" (star button)
Switch the phone "ON" while holding the above three buttons.
Continue holding for about 20 seconds then let go.
Please note this will format all the saved information stored in phone memory. including phonebook numbers (if not stored on SIM card).
Try to make backups first.
You have been "Warned".
Best of Luck.

Do this trick 100% ok I have tested to many...........
Press and hold 3 keys i.e. Green, dial key, *, Star key, no. 3 , key on
keypad and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone.Examine
the battery backup of your phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 button
i.e * + 3 + green just press and hold keys until you see a formatting
word screen shown........But in N series don't release the three button
until the time set shown . original system and factory setting has also
done automatically. There is no guarantee coz it might not work with
some phone.............................................Try and Enjoy
