the switch for the TE22 has been discontinued for years. Your best bet is to find a used one on ebay. Since it is a double throw switch somtimes you can get away with jumping one side "the bad side" and getting it to work for a while. The cord goes on the top connectors and the motor on the bottom. If you determine that one of them is bad then take the cord wire and move it directly to the motor connection below and secure it with the motor screw. A quick drawing below to show what I mean.
