Is that the adapter or the lens on the camera?
If the camera lens was pushed in then the either the lens rings have been pushed out of alignment or the drive gear is damaged and will need replacing.
Yes the screens can be replaced and if you're half decent with a screw driver (and have the patience of a monk) it's probably worth attempting yourself.
Ball park figure for a new screen is around £150 but I recommend you get on eBay and buy either a used screen or smashed up laptop and take the screen off that. It should work out a much cheaper repair.

If possible I need to navigate to copy contacts to SIM without been able to see screen? Please provide step by step movements and button presses. I have browsed all contacts through USB connection and added to my harddrive but ont have bluetooth to pass data?
