Open the hatchet door, pull the paper out, check to see that there are no pieces of the same left in the printer. close the door, restart the printer and check.

Dear connect the telephone line to the socket marked as LINE at back side of the printer,also you may connect an extension phone to the socket marked as EXT.
Put the document face down ward at platen glass and face upward in the ADF.
Select the key marked as FAX(if there any near display ) press OHD/SPK key get the dial tone, dial the fax no. get the RX. tone press START. Display will show sending.
Also it can be scanned and send from memory by loading the document and dial the fax no. press START.
Your ID and fax no. can be stored at FAX setup menu.

i am a bit of confusion.
considering status light of toner marked as YELLOW and BLUE is on (lights). it indicate that the printer need to replacement of the respective toner carts. In this condition printer may not print. Error Messages and Status LEDs
