How to put C460FW Samsung printer in "tech Mode"

The drum resets only automatically when it is replaced, it has a reset chip on it. Have you replaced the drum?

Print the information sheet by clicking the eprint icon and printinfo sheet button.

IT SOUNDS LIKE THE MAGENTA IMAGINE UNIT YOU MIGHT HAVE GOTTEN A BAD ONE.

Open the hatchet door, pull the paper out, check to see that there are no pieces of the same left in the printer. close the door, restart the printer and check.

if this happens again, then it could be a firmware or hardware issue. call 1-877-805-1027 for expert TOLL FREE help.

Maybe it's not set to answer?

Press (fax icon) > (Menu icon) > Fax Setup > Receiving > Receive Mode
Make sure it's set to Fax mode.

Press (fax icon) > (Menu icon) > Fax Setup > Receiving > Ring To Answer
Pick the number of rings you want before the fax picks up.

Save and exit.

Dear connect the telephone line to the socket marked as LINE at back side of the printer,also you may connect an extension phone to the socket marked as EXT.

Put the document face down ward at platen glass and face upward in the ADF.

Select the key marked as FAX(if there any near display ) press OHD/SPK key get the dial tone, dial the fax no. get the RX. tone press START. Display will show sending.

Also it can be scanned and send from memory by loading the document and dial the fax no. press START.

Your ID and fax no. can be stored at FAX setup menu.

i am a bit of confusion.
considering status light of toner marked as YELLOW and BLUE is on (lights). it indicate that the printer need to replacement of the respective toner carts. In this condition printer may not print. Error Messages and Status LEDs

What support do u want, not very clear

u pass the Manu #1934 and pass the left button .... u see the tech made.....
