Hi,I have Vaio model VGN-SX44GN with windows vista operating systems. I just have installed windows 7 professional to replace my windows vista. The problem is my VGA-card was not read by the newest OS. How to fix my problems? please help me
Ussually, if you go to CONTROL PANEL - PRINTERS AND FAXES, you must be able to see the printer there, if the printer is there do right click on it and select properties, then on the top select the port tab and make sure the port to where the printer in connected is checked, if you have one usb cable then you has to have usb1 or usb2 checked, some times we have the usn cable connected to the usb1 and the printer port is redirected to usb2, so try changing the usb cable to different usb plugs on the computer, if you are using LPT1 and it is checked, do right click on the printer and do print test page, if this work is not the printer, could be the software from witch one you try to use this printer, hope this help a little, see you
