Tell the password of sims2 passwords are case-sensitive

On your desk top, lap top or handheld device? It may be case sensitive. In either case there should be a place to request a password reset. Enter your email and follow the instructions.

Case sensitive refers to uppercase or lowercase. So whichever way to created your password is the exact way you must enter it to log on.

So, if your password is Anonymous1234, you must always use a capitol A when entering your password.

This for instance would not work: anonymous1234

Is this a Bios Password, Hard Drive Password or Windows User Account Password? Did you set the password and forgot it? If it's a Bios Password you'll need to remove the CMOS Battery attached to the motherboard and let it sit a couple of hours then replace the battery and see if it forgot it had a bios password. Most times you'll have to disassemble your laptop to get to the CMOS battery. If it's the Hard Drive Password, them 99% of the time this is indicative of a stolen laptop and the only remedy is to try to give the laptop to it's rightful owner or replace the hard drive. Hard Drive passwords are enabled and can be done by the rightful owner remotely in some cases to keep thieves from getting to sensitive data. 2. In the address bar type in http://192.168.2.1 which is the Belkin router's ip address and hit enter

3. In the left hand side under 'wireless' click on 'security'

4. If it prompts you for a password, leave the password blank and click on submit.

5. There you'll find the security key

6. If the security mode is wep, you'll find it under 'key1'

7. If the security mode is wpa, you'll fine under "psk" (uncheck the box 'obscure psk')

1. Try the default - username: broadband1 password: password (case sensitive)
2. Google the name of your Internet Service Provider with "PPoE" and see what you can dig up
3. Call your Internet Service Provider and ask them what your PPoE username and password is. They'll tell you quickly I'd have thought.

Welcome to Fixya. If you iPad is not accepting you password you can check the password or Network Key on your router. To access the router page you need a working computer that is connected to the router. To access your router you need to use a computer that is connected to it. Open a Browser then type 192.168.0.1 or http://routerlogin.net. The Default username is admin and the password is password. Password is case sensitive.

Go to the Wireless Tab select Wireless Security under the Security Mode you will see there Network Key or Passphrase. The Network Key serves as a password or security code on your network to make it secure. Network Key is case sensitive.

Here’s how to change your password:

1. Click the Change Password button below these instructions. You’ll be asked to sign in if you’re not already.

3. Type your new password in the second box.
4. Type your new password again in the third box to confirm it.
