Headrest monitor says no video. I have 10 inch power connect headrest monitor/DVD player. One plays DVD and the other is a monitor. The DVD player headrest plays movies but the monitor screen is blue and...

Those cables can go bad easily. If you have a meter and know how to use it, try to test continuity on each pin. If that isnt the answer, then either the input of second monitor is faulty, or output of main screen.

Dvd won't power on

For Volvo Xc-90 2005, same problem with only one headrest dvd working. Start playing a dvd in the working headrest, point the remote at the non working headrest, press media button. This should switch the input back from auxillary to dvd. Tell your kids to never press the media button:)

When I put my DVD into my Tview headrest unit, it runs and runs and runs and then comes up and says no disc

If that only happens with one specific DVD, the problem is that DVD. Try playing it on another DVD player and see what happens.

If your TView won't play any DVDs, try turning the power off, blowing some compressed air into the unit, and turning the power back and see if that makes a difference.

Dvd screens in headrests are not getting power

The problem seems to be that the video out from the kenwood head unit is either faulty or the leads from the head unit to the monitors are faulty. Have you checked to see that the head unit when playing a DVD is set on ZONE 2 so that it transfers the video signal to the headrest monitors?
