Red light blinks but nothing happens

By blinking led it show there is some fault. By counting the blinking you can be able to identify which part or board is faulty.

It sounds like it might just be a case of the button being stuck. The ESC shouldn't turn on just from you plugging in the battery, you're supposed to have to press the button once the battery's connected to power up the ESC.

what is the model of your tv?

The red light is key to your issue---is it blinking in a sequence--constant blink or for example 3 blinks, pause and 3 blinks?

check the ground. it is most likely disconnecting also check the fuse between your battery and the amp and the actual amp fuse.

I have a Sony SRS BBE Trinitron (WEGA). The last few days when I tried to turn it on using the remote the Red Light would go on but the TV did not turn on. I would have to press the power button again to turn it on.. I tought the remote battery was just low.

Today when I tried to turn it on nothing is happening and the Red Light is blinking 9 times ??? I tried to unplug it and try it again, still does the same thing ???

Have you tried resetting the camera? Hold down the power button and the red button simultaneously until the camera shuts off (takes about 10 seconds). Then, just press the power button again and the camera should turn back on. I had the same problem; when I pressed the red button to stop recording, the camera froze, and the red light remained on. I tried resetting it like this, and it seemed to work.

just throw it out and never buy a sony again. Sony really went down hill
