I bought a replacement and nothing happened - still blank screen. I plugged in an old graphic card from my other ancient computer into another port, and I got a signal and a picture. The only problem is that the old card I currently use is not strong enough especially to play newest video games I used to. Could it be that both GeForce, including the one I bought, are faulty? What else could be wrong with it. Everything looks normal to me, but I am not an expert. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Old grapic card lower configration so no display in ur sustem.new VGA card is insert.OR onbuilt ur VGA card onboard update BIOS divers.
Be sure that your graphics card are compatible with your computer. Most household computers are Dell Dimension 2400's or other items in the Dell Dimension 2000 line. Also make sure that the graphics card is compatible with your operating system. Try Ati Radeon there are a very popular brand that work with almost any computer. A good low-end graphics card is the Ait VisionTek card.

Thank you very much for your response and suggestions.
I did check the compatibility of the graphic card with my system. In fact, I ordered exactly the same model as the one that was originally installed when I bought the computer. Could it be that something else is wrong? I would not want to spend additional money on purchase of another graphic card unless it is absolutely necessary, as I cannot return the one I already bought. Thank you
