BQ means it's a bolt-on type circuit breaker.

whenever you hard reset your device, it'll go back to factory settings & all the data stored into it will be lost.. its always advisable to take backup of your important & crucial data on regular basis.. also, as required by you, there is no such way to recover the old data..

If you forgot you can generate master code using your IMEI, which can be viewed by pressing *#06# and keying that in the link mentioned below,,

All drivers will be restored if you perform a "hard reset".
NB. not a normal soft reset.

You can do this:
- remove the battery
- press at the same time the soft keys (the 2 keys just under the screen with the symbol "-"), and do not release
- replace the battery
- always press the soft keys, press the power button (5 seconds)
- release power button
- release the soft keys
- s620 will not start windows, but open a black window
- press the send key (green telephone) to restore factory default configuration.
- s620 will enter in windows and work normally.
