that comes bundled with the printer. It's NOT available for FREE outside of original install disk approach

Make sure your printer is on. on the front of the printer there is a place where you can lift up the scanning part, that should open up the inside of the printer and within a few seconds or so the cartridge tray should come to you and from there you can remove the cartridges.
