You will need to find out the actual model number of the oven. Will be something like S5433X1/17. You can then go to this site and once you type the model number download the instruction manual.

SOURCE: Neff faulty Fan

Hi.
I would not think that both fan and element are faulty, although it is possible.
if it has a timer make sure that it is on manual and not on auto, as this would stop the oven working.
Other possible fault is faulty main oven selector switch.
Hope this helps. Please do not for get feedback .
Thanks.

SOURCE: Neff u1421 bottom oven: Either fan works but no

You need to replace the oven fan element, as there is probably a seperate element in use when used on convection heat.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

I need a manual for a B-AP22-7 single oven

Apparently a Neff oven.

There is a specific model number needed to download a manual.

https://www.neff-home.com/uk/service/manual

Call in the United Kingdom or Ireland for assistance obtaining the model number.

United Kingdom 0344 892 8989.
If you're in the Republic of Ireland, 01450 2655

Another source of manuals is the following, but I am unable to determine which model is yours:

I have a new neff built in oven. I turned it off over an hour ago and the fan is still running. Surely this is not right. Any suggestions.

Hello, Sylvia -

Since your Neff oven is new, I hope I am correct in thinking you have the owner's instruction manual for the oven and you already checked there to see if there were any troubleshooting tips regarding the fan still running after turning the over off over an hour prior.

If you do not have the instructions for the new oven, check here:
http://www.neff-home.com/uk/service/manual
Note: You will need to supply the E-Nr number for the oven. If you do not know where to find the E-Nr number, on the web page cited above, click or tap on the link for the rating plate finder.

After checking the owner's instructions for the oven, the next thing I would suggest is contacting Neff Specialist. See the information here:
http://www.neff-home.com/uk/service/support
Talk to a Neff Specialist.

You new Neff oven is most likely still under warranty.

Best wishes.

I have a Neff oven and it won't heat up.

If it is a fan assisted oven , and the fan is working o/k, then it is likely to be the element that has failed.
This is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
I the fan is not working as well, then could be a faulty thermostat that controls the heating function.

Hi.
If it is a fan assisted oven and the fan is working, then it is more than likely to be the oven element that is faulty.

No heat on bottom oven. fan running but not heating up

Neff fan oven element video. 1, If the fan motor . in the back of the oven is going round and the temperature light is on (normally little red light), but there is no heat then you will probably need a new oven element, these are generally very easy to fit and readily available from our website these can be tested with a electric meter.
To gain access to the NEFF element .you will have to remove the back plate from inside the oven. Once removed you will see the fan and element,. if you look closely at the element .you will probably see a small hole burnt in it where it has blown. Sometimes however there is no evidence of a fault but the element is open circuit ie: broken inside the element casing, either way it will need replacing. Some elements will are fixed from inside the oven and some are held in place by nuts from the rear of the machine.
2, If your NEFF fan oven is getting warm but takes a very long time to cook or is burning the food more on one side than the other, then you need to check if your oven fan motor is working you will see the blade turning fast if it is ok. if the element is heating but the fan motor is not blowing the heat into the oven then you need To replace the oven fan motor is a little more expensive and a bit more involved.
3. If you have the opposite problem ie: your oven is over heating and burning everything then you will need to replace your NEFF oven thermostat
4, A quite common and easily overlooked answer is if your NEFF oven is not working at all ie: no heat and no fan then the chances are that someone has put the oven timer into AUTO mode, simply put oven back to MANUAL mode and all should be working again.

Changing an element on the main oven - Neff U1721 Double oven

You should not need to remove fan to access the element fixing scew(s).
You may need what is called a torx screwdriver, if the screws are conventional screws, but some times a small screwdriver will undo them if they are not too tight.
let me know if you require any more assistance.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
