What is the price of a durabrand 19" tv dwt1905?

Try uplugging the TV from the mains overnight. This should erase the Eprom memory, and also the set code. then default code will be 0000

First, you need to realize that there is no such thing as a 'universal remote.'  At best, they are multi-brand remotes.
You might get lucky if you try any codes you have (or can retrieve from the Tandy website) if you check these brands too:
Funai, Symphonic, Sylvania, Emerson, Aventura, Durabrand, ESA, Magnavox, INSIGNIA, and Misakai
They are all made by Funai, one of the worst manufacturers in Asia.
