Hi, This problem arise by the two reson. first is that your keypad is sort,and another one is that your keypad IC life is having problem. it is not a phone board problem . first clean the keypad and give some sun warm to it .is still not working then just change the keypad ic.it is not so costly. i hope this will be helpfull to you. please rates me. Your phone possibly got wet and thus your screen flex cable connection needs to be cleaned up with some contact spray or maybe your flex cable needs replacing to solve this problem.Contact a good service tech to get this problem rectified. At least you know what your problem is so now you could get it solved. Sam!
