Pull out the crown to the first or second set position then press and hold down the start button. The sweep arm should begin to move into the right position. Once it is at 12:00 or 0 release the button and press the crown back in.

• For it to be an authentic Nixon Esquire Band you need get a new band from the manufacturer by calling 1-888-455-9200 or by calling or by contacting them at their repair center. For this you will need to send your watch to them -

• They use a fine leather for their bands. To purchase an "authentic" band from anywhere else could mean being a victim of a counterfeit product. Now if you just want a nice leather band to put on the watch yourself then I would get one offline and get one. Here are a few site to choose from.

Image 1. SET TIME (ANALOG)
1. PULL the crown all the way out. TURN the crown in either direction to adjust the time.
2. PUSH the crown all the way back in when finished.

Image 2. MODES (DIGITAL)
1. PRESS the EL button to activate the light.
2. PRESS MODE button to switch between Time Mode and Alarm Mode. Time mode is recognizable by the flashing colon. In the time mode the current time or dual time is shown.
By setting this display to another timezone it can be used as dual time.
NOTE: This is not recommended if you plan to use the alarm. The alarm relates only to the time on the digital display, not the analog display.
3. PRESS EL button to turn alarm on and off in alarm mode. In alarm mode, the alarm time is shown

2. PRESS EL button to advance time.
3. PRESS MODE to change between hours and minutes until you reach the correct time.
PRESS and HOLD MODE to exit time setting.

IN TIME MODE
1. PRESS MODE button to switch to alarm mode PRESS and HOLD MODE button to set alarm.
2. PRESS EL button to advance time.
3. PRESS MODE to change between hours and minutes until you reach the desired alarm time.
PRESS and HOLD MODE to exit alarm set
