I found a couple of references to the error ?07,010.43?, it?s a generic message with lots of possible causes. Xerox?s official web site says to turn your printer off a contact their technical support.
I did find one reference that said for them it turned out to be a wiper assembly stuck between the print head and the roller. I?ve never owned a Xerox printer (I?m an HP guy) so I can?t help you beyond that. Xerox?s support site for the phaser series is here: http://www.office.xerox.com/color-printers/phaser-8500-8550/sprt-enus.html
