Drivebelt diagram drive belt came off. Need diagram to put back on and how to access it.

I'm sorry but you don't need a diagram for vehicle's drive belt. The drive belt is known as the Serpentine Belt. This belt is located on the front of the engine. It connects the power steering pump, water pump, alternator, A/C compressor, tension pulley, idle pulley and crankshaft together. Just incase you need the diagram for routing purposes, here it is.

to replace drive belt rotate tensioner pulley clockwise then slip on new belt look under hood on the radiator shroud for drivebelt routing diagram.check drive belt tensioner for damage or looseness because very seldom drive break either cracked worn or drivebelt tensioner faulty.

their should be a diagram under the hood for the proper routing if not when you purchase a new belt they will be able to provide you with one a tensioner will need to be released then the belt routed

Hi, when a belt comes off, it's usually because of a bad bearing in one of the accessories or idler pulleys, or maybe your tensioner spring is broken. Remove the belt and check all pulleys for spin and play. It is also possible you lost an idler pulley and the new belt routing is not turning the water pump in the right direction. Check the routing and look for a missing idler pulley. Let me know if you are missing the routing diagram.

Drop the drivebelt by swinging the tension-idler with a crescent wrench and popping the belt off the alternator pulley.

Dis-connect the battery.

Roll the electrical connection boot back to get access to the connectors and remove.

Back out the top mounting bolt (it may be stubborn, don't be afraid to put weight on it) and swing unit out to get easier access to the lower mount.
Drop the new unit in place and start the lower and upper mount bolts...re-connect the electricals...tighten the mounting bolts.
Swing the tension-idler to re-mount the belt.

re-connect the battery.

click on repair info, put in your type of car, then on component locations and then on belt routing.
it will tell you what the belt goes on in order.

or you can go to autozone and tell them you need a belt routing diagram and they will print you one out.
Maybe the better solution as it will actually show you the drive belt system. (a little pic)
