I received an e-mail saying' Validate the psswoord for [email protected] in the BlackBerry Internet Service! E-mail messagefrom [email protected] are not being delivered to yor blackBerry device. To ensure receiving email messages from this email address, validate the passwoord for [email protected] in Black Berry Internet Service, where do I edit?
As i understand that you are not able to receive emails from the organization's email id,
-So first check if the inbox in the organization's email id is more than 900 emails,if so than delete or move the mails to other folder other than inbox.
-Check the memory in the blackberry handset also.
-If still not working then login to blackberry.com website (ie..ServiceProvider.blackberry.com) and then delete the organization's email account and then recreate the organization's email account and then click on service book and then click on send service book...And then you will be receiving the service book on the handset and then save it and then you will be able to receive the emails from organization's email account also.
