You may have loaded a fuel line or connector up with contaminants. What else is happening during the second or 3rd day of running? Is it running low on fuel? Try to make a list of your gauge set! It only makes sense.
if you have 2 and you switched th cables it wont charge thats what happend to mine
also if you are using a cigarett lighter splitter it may not be drawing enough current
or your alternator is wearing out (hope that it isnt that)

Yea the same thing happend 2 me it happend for 2 days what you gotta do is leave the battery out of the phone for a lil biut and put it back in take like 2 mins and see if itr works for ya
Same problem as mine. Made a sick sounding noise and flashed err then started working fine again after switching off. Happend sporatically while taking a series of shots.
Then today died completely. I take 600+ shots per day 5 days a week, so not unexpected on a 4+ year old camera...
The mirror is what is actually causing the fault and may eventually jam completly as mine has.
Unfornunately, I cannot even select "mirror lock up" in the menu as it is greyed out while the error is active.
The mirror release will need to be serviced to prevent the problem in the future. Once the problem starts it will just get more regular and worse until it ends up like mine.
On the plus side I just brought a D300 to replace it :)
ah this promblem happend 2 me after playib cod4 and in game music switchin off 2mute. then a blank screen came up in da ps manual is says if this happens let it load and switch off from controller not from bak or it can cause malfuntion if u did that u have 2 send ur ps3 system back 2 sony .........lol hope ya still got warranrty
the same thing happend 2 me yesterday have you still got your warrenty if so i suggest calling sony mine done the same thing plus the same day after stoped reading any disks wt so ever i was on a demo and after playing i went to quit game and the screen was jus black wid 2 stripes n sayin please wait then did nufin until the system restarted its self :S:S bt i called sony today n told dem n they sending me a new system exchanging mine on monday its thursday today dats gd :) so jus call dem up hope it gets sorted
