Go on the Sandisk Website and download the firmware updater in the support and let it run and update your firmware and it should solve it.

SOURCE: Sansa Fuze won't charge from laptop.

Have you downloaded the latest drivers? Have you gone into control panel and device manager, and make sure the device is enabled and allowed through your firewall? Do you have the software downloaded for it?
You can also go to my computer, and find sansa drive folder which you can go to and check the properties to make sure device is NOT set to read or write only.

Sansa e250...computer will not detect

If you are using a USB connector [that connects extra ports to your computer] it sometimes doesnt work... so if possible hook the USB sansa cable to the main ports in the back of the server. It might also work to hook it in, and then go to 'My Computer' and see if it shows up there. Good Luck =]

If you have more than one USB port try another port. If not try downloading Yahoo! Music Jukebox.

Screen turned blue

Did he connect the player to the speakers through the dock or through an external wire? Did you format through WMP or explorer? Honestly, I think it's bricked. To enter Recovery Mode: Put the hold switch on so you see orange, hold down the record button and turn the player on. Keep holding the record button until you see: Welcome to Recovery Mode Please connect USB cable

WMP won't detect my MP3

See if this helps: -Close all programmes on your computer. -Turn off your Sansa e250. -Attach the cable into the USB port of your computer before attaching it into the actual e250. -The scroll wheel on the Sansa should have turned on by now. -Then it's just a matter of waiting for a few seconds. -Try opening Windows Media Player to see if it detects your device. Otherwise, be patient. Goodluck.

Deleting files from Sansa e250

The only way I know to delete music files or voice or FM recordings, is straight from the User's manual on the CD: 1. Set the e250 to MSC mode. 2. Plug it in to your computer with the USB connector. 3. Open the Sansa e250 drive in My Computer and browse to the MUSIC folder (or RECORD folder)and delete the files there. (That's where you also add music files, by dragging from other explorer windows.) To delete (or add) photo and video files, you have to use the Media Converter, which you install from the disk that came with the e250.
