E2210 was released almost 2 years ago. Try a software update first. You may also try the reset option. Type *2767*2878# to get the factory settings. If that doesn't work, you have to let a technician check for hardware defects.
If it has a memory card in it take it out and then switch on the phone. If it still doesn't work then, the software of your phone is corrupted. Take it to a service centre and ask them to flash it.
After flashing is done your phone will be back to normal.
P.S: All of your data will be deleted in the phone after flashing it.

A fast flash usually indicates a burned out bulb. If you no flash in the rear, that is probably the culprit. Keep in mind just because your taillight works doesn't mean your flasher will. Most newer cars have combination bulbs in the rear with more than one filament in them. Try cahnging the bulb in the rear and if this doesn't help, reply back and we can explore this further.
Red light flashes when I try to charge it and nothing all other times. Doesn't turn on, doesn't work. I pretty sure the problem is that it is a piece of junk.
