not sure about the 660 for sure but normally the woods mowers have a tensioning wheel that keep the belt tight when it is running and if you depress the wheel it should allow you to remove the old belt and put on the new one. Take a look and see if one of you pulleys has a spring attached to it and if so that is the tensioning wheel.
