no voltage. blown fuse, poor connection at the battery cables. you need a wiring diagram to test further. If you can't read the wiring diagram. seek professional help

don't have a diagram but i find the safety switch relay goes bad just disconnect it go right from the key switch to the engine just to test it of course also check the switch on the shifter handle
