I bought the machine last August.
SOURCE: lid closing will not allow machine to operate.
check the lid hinge on the LH side. the screws will come loose and then will not always engage the lid switch.
tighten the screws and if you need to you can reach under the top where the hinge is and bend it backwards to get it to engage the switch. usually the screws will take care of it.
SOURCE: turn on washer and lights come on and sensing

SOURCE: Washer doesnt drain
Suds Detection
Sd is displayed when the machine/motor control, by analyzing drag on the basket, detects a suds-lock condition, and is steady on while the control then runs a mini-clean out cycle. If the clean out cycle is unable to correct the over-sudsing problem, the cycle ends and Sd flashes in the display. This may signify:
Excessive detergent usage.
Basket cannot engage during drain step.
Mechanical friction on drive mechanism, not allowing basket to engage.
Swich off the machine, try some WD40 on the door mechanism (on machine lock, not on the door) and open & shut for a minute or two. Then try the machine, spin only just to try. Source
Rate pl, if solved, or dont!
SOURCE: lid is not locking properly, washer sensor is overfilling, and the washer wont spin
Check door switch: If
the lid switch is bad it will not drain or spin. Try this test: With lid open
let it finish wash cycle. Press lid switch down with screwdriver. Washer should
begin
draining. Release switch. Motor
should stop. Press switch a second time.
Washer should start spinning as it continues to drain. If motor doesn't come on
while lid switch is pressed, replace the switch. OR

I had the same problem. The lid lock assembly is broken.
If you are under warranty get it replaced. If not remove the top of the washer
and take out the switch assembly. The 4 wires going in are Yellow, Red, White,
and Blue. If you short the white and blue together, the washer thinks the lid
is closed. If you short the red white and blue together the washer thinks the
lid is closed and locked. The yellow is only there to activate the
electromagnetic switch.
Disconnecting the switch assembly will not work.
The electromagnet locks the lid and it also unlocks the lid. It is not a matter
of cutting the power to the magnet.
Installing 2 switches that connect the red white and blue is the best option if
you want to remove the lock.
The first switch should connect the white and blue. (LID CLOSED)
The second should connect the red to the white/blue connection. (LID LOCKED)
After that the lid should work.
Please post a follow-up if this works for you.
GOOD LUCK
