Normally Linux doesn't need drivers because are already present on kernel. I doubt you will find one from a Samsung product. What's exactly your problem with this monitor?
if you have win os in use as well then you will need to boot from the partition that has the linux os on it

Monitors do not require drivers. Only the graphics card / chipset does. If you post your computer's make/model, we may be able to help you find drivers for it.
