I cant seem to unblock my hotmail

If all else fails - try recreating your Hotmail -which will tell you that the user name is taken. and you can call them to fix it or you can create a new email address - unless you already have a second email address - then send Hotmail a email saying that your Hotmail was hijacked or hacked. this will get your Hotmail unblocked.

You can unlock it using your Alternate Email address or by answering your security question or by using your mobile number if you already added it to your account.
