My Mambo-BW MP3 Player was just opened. I downloaded MP3 files and my computer shows the files are there, but the player says "No File" in play mode. Can you help?

I HAVE DOWNLOAD MUSIC TO MP3 BUT I CANT GET ON

If you mean you can't put the MP3 files you downloaded onto the player, then you simply need to plug the player into a USB port on your computer -- either directly into the port (for some player models) or via an extension cable.
Once you've done so, the computer will "recognize" the player as a new disk drive, and assign a drive letter to it. Your computer will normally inform you via a pop-up, that it found new hardware.

Now just use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the mp3 files onto the new drive. This loads the files onto the player. Once the transfer is complete you can unplug the player, and it's ready to go.

Mambo Flix 4g-when I dwnld & convert video it won't let me view

Mambo Flix comes with it's own converter to convert videos.
The file format is correct but the encoding isn't. I suppose that the Mambo Flix identifies the video by attaching an identification to the video after conversion.

Source: I used the converter

I dont know how to put music on it

It depends on your version of windows. Download the driver. Make sure your Mambo is connected. This should be indicated when you go to computer. It should list all the drives and your Mambo. Then the driver media player utilities 2.2 should give you a screen that will show you how to convert files and send them to the mambo. Play with it!

I have a Mambo Mano 4GB Trying to run with Windows Vista. Can anyone PLEASE tell me where to get the necessary drivers.......

You should not need any drivers for this device. Vista should recognize this player as a remote disk. You should be able to drag and drop the files to the remote device from your home computer. The application files are on the Kaser website. Once installed this file should allow you to convert different video formats to the required MTV file format so that you can play videos on the player. Kaser Mambo BW 4G mp3 player

You might try going to settings: select play mode: select dir normal and then exit. There are many different selections, but this might hold you within a specfic directory.
