SOURCE: Won't reset to zero (60 sec.) after battery was replaced

You need to "Reset" the watch's computer, this is done by removing the case cap, (Same as battery replacement) Look for a imbosed "RESET" and using a paperclip, Push gently in the reset hole for five seconds, Remove the paperclip, You should then have all funtions restored to "Factory Settings"

SOURCE: For Casio F-91W how do I replace battery? I see 4

Most of these resin-case F-series Casio sport watches use a fairly large lithium coin cell battery. Once the four screws holding the watch back are removed, you should be able to just pop off the stainless steel spring clip that holds the cell in place and pull it out, without having to remove any more screws. Be careful when replacing the clip, because it is asymmetrical and goes in only one way. Also be careful not to lose the tiny spring contact that connects the watch movement to the piezoelectric sound element glued to the watch back. If you lose the spring, the watch will still run, but the alarm won't sound anymore.

SOURCE: also a battery proble?

There may be something more serious wrong with the camera, but the problem you describe is frequently due to corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera. Remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a clean dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during the cleaning, wipe both ends of the batteries with the cloth, and reinsert them into the camera. This clears the problem about 90% of the time - I hope it works for you.

SOURCE: I have a Casio AQ-47 watch. I removed the battery

This little spring is called coil spring and must be inserted in to the hole in movement. Usually there should be writing on movement with an arrow pointing to that hole. If you can not find the writing, then try to put coil spring in different holes one after another, till you hear the watch beeping again.

My batterie died on my casio 10.1 mp exilm camera , when i charged it back up and turned my camera on the 3x optical lens is stuck and will not retract can you help please .. thanks nathan

If the camera has recently been dropped you may have lens damage that's preventing it from powering up. If it hasn't been dropped your problem may be due to corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera - which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then clean both ends of the batteries, place them back in the camera and give them a full charge (assuming that you are using rechargeable batteries). This cleaning clears the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, the camera may have a problem that requires professional repair.

I charged my battery and my camera won't turn on. It is a casio elixim. What is wrong?? It is only 2 years old.

Your problem may be due to worn out batteries or corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of the batteries and place them back in the camera. This cleaning clears the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, chances are that your batteries need to be replaced because they're just too worn to properly power the camera. And then, of course, there's the possibility that your camera may have a problem that requires professional repair.

Found out that if battery needs charging, camera will not turn on at all. I guess I had a senior moment. Button was not stuck just no power to turn on camera. After charging battery everything is fine.
