To troubleshoot a Samsung television that cannot connect to a network or particular apps, check to make sure there is a network connection. Use the remote control or buttons on the television to navigate to Menu, Network and then Network Status. If there is no connection, ensure the Internet router is properly connected to the television. If there is a connection and the problem persists, contact your Internet service provider.

If you know the setup codes to check with your TV brand,
Direct Code Entry

1. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
2. Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
3. Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables. Note: after a valid code entry, the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
4. With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try one of the other codes for your brand.

Try changing the input device to something you are sure works. Switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours. If problem persists, please refer it to a qualified service technician.

Manually turn of the device the user wish to power scan (TV,PVR,DVD,VCR etc.
For more than 3 seconds press and hold the appropriate device key. The LED comes On, indicating that the remote is in programming mode.
Press and release the Power key. The LED blinks once and stays on, indication that the Remote is in power scan state.
Press CH up or CH down key repeatedly untill the device switches ON.
When the devise turn ON, press and release the SELECT key to program the remote with the new code and exit.

Samsung TV's have Anynet automatic input switching. This severely conflicts with the Harmony Remote as they both do the same jobs; Switch inputs automatically. We would like for you to disable this feature on your Samsung TV using your original remote, so the Harmony Remote will work properly.

Disable Samsung Anynet+

1. Press your Tools Button.
2. Scroll down to Anynet and press your Select Button.
3. Once on the Anynet screen, please press your Left/Right Button(s) to select the Off Setting on the Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)
4. Scroll down to the Auto Turn Off and select No.

Once this is completed, please turn off your TV and all device and power them back on using the Harmony Remote.

Automatic Programming
1. Turn off the device with which you want to use the remote control.
2. Press and hold the corresponding button on the remote control (TV, VCR, SAT, DVD) until POWER INDICATOR illuminates. The remote control is in programming mode.
3. Press POWER button on remote and release . The POWER INDICATOR flashes once and stays on indicating the unit is in Power scan mode.
4. Press CHANNEL+ or CHANNEL- repeatedly until the device turns on.
5. When the device turns on, press ok to store the code.
