1) Power off the tablet. 2) Press and hold the Volume-Down and Power button simultaneously. 3) It displayed a menu in Korean/Chinese (?). 4) Scroll down (using the Volume-Down button) to the SIXTH menu choice. 5) Press the Power button to select. This will start the factory reset process. You will then be directed through the original start-up process as if you got it out of the box for the first time. If you have a Google account and if you stored your settings to Google, your previously loaded applications and saved contacts should start downloading. This is a factory reset, so everything not saved to Google will be lost.

Power the unit off (holding power buttom) and selecting Power off, then hold simultaneusly back button and on buttom 8 seconds,the android icon appear press back buttom, in the menu select wipe data/factory reset pressin home buttom and then press back buttom, in the next screen select "yes delete all user data" pressig back buttom, and in the nex screen select "reboot system now" with the back buttom and wait. IT WORK FOR MY TABLET
