How do i change main greeting on lucent plus 11 advanced communication system?

What happens when you dial 777 on the intercom? If you get Partner mail, then it's a start. Now you just need to find out which one and the admin password. Normally it's 99 for admin access and the password is defaulted to 4321.

I'd be searching the internet for a manual.

Sounds like you might be changing the wrong greeting. If your using a night button to toggle the auto attendant on and off the auto attendant is using the night greeting.

Which voicemail do you have? You indicated the phone model, but not the voicemail model.

You need to press 0 at the voicemail login prompt. If you dont have a button programmed you can dial Intercom-7-7-7. If the system is configured properly you will get the login prompt. You can then dial 0# for the admin login. The default password is 1234#

press star (*) pound (#) (you arent messing with selector codes
record greeting there. 21 to rerecord, 23 to listen
Make sure you press # to save when finished

you''ll have to login to the admin mailbox. That's done by pressing your voicemail key or intercom 777 .Ona Partner Messaging System the admin mailbox is 0 with a default password of 1234. Once your into the admin mailbox press. 3 for greetings, and 6 to modify the menu. press *# to skip selector codes.Press 1 to record your new greeting 1 to stop recording. Press *# to approve or 21 to re-record hang up when finished.
