You can see some videos by using the You Tube icon on the desk top, it is a special viewer written for CE. Any other video takes too much memory and speed of the processor which your machine does not have. It is limited to the embedded operations represented by the icons on your desk top. You also cannot load any games not written pecifically for CE. The machine is very limited.
To test the hardware all you have to do is to boot from a Linux Live-CD like http://www.pclinuxos.com/ . If all is ok there then your Windows is corrupted, reinstall.
As for a schematic of the motor, I think what you are really needing is a wiring diagram and schematic of the complete washing machine. Most often, there is a paper one glued to the inside of the removable panel on the back of the washing machine. Either there, or inside the control head on the top of the washing machine.

You could be facing a virus attack, try to clean the machine aith an antivirus and spyware, if u already have an antivirus, try to use a differentone. eg. bitdefender
